Plain-language summary of what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
- 1. What we collect
- When you contact us or request a Growth Analysis, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email, company, and a description of your business. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate location) through analytics.
- 1a. Client reports
- If we send you a private growth report, we record when it is opened, along with the IP address, approximate location, device and browser used, and the page that linked to it. We use this only to know that the report reached you and to follow up at a useful moment. It is not used for advertising, it is not shared with anyone outside our team, and you can ask us to delete it.
- 2. How we use it
- We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare analyses you request, improve the website, and, only if you ask us to, keep you updated about our work. We do not sell personal information.
- 3. Public research
- Our growth analyses begin with publicly available information about a business. We do not request or require access to private customer data to start a conversation.
- 4. Cookies and analytics
- The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; core pages will still work.
- 4a. Which analytics we use
- We use two analytics tools: Microsoft Clarity, and Rybbit, which we host ourselves so the data stays on our own infrastructure. Rybbit sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites; it records the page visited, the referring page, and general device details such as browser, operating system, screen size and approximate country. We use this to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individuals.
- 5. Data sharing
- We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and email), under agreements that restrict how they use it, or when required by law.
- 6. Retention
- We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle the conversation and reasonable follow-up, then delete or anonymize it.
- 7. Your rights
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below.
- 8. Changes
- We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision.
- 9. Contact
- Privacy questions: our contact page.
